Oh my…where has Ron Douglas been?

2 04 2009

A lot has been going on since i last posted on this poor neglected photoblog.

I’ve moved to NYC, I’ve got some more published work, and I’m working on my website: www.mediafall.com

I’m also looking for full time work, freelance is few and far between with the economy. But all in all… I’m good.

Here is a Photo:

While i was out taking photos, this fellow was intrigued and asked if i was taking a photo for a project or magazine. I informed him that i take a daily photo and post it online. He asked if i would take his photo, he said his name was “Shoeshine Randy” and that he shines shoes.

Photographed at the corner of Delaware and Chippewa, Buffalo, Ny.

190 North Offramp

3 03 2008
offramp. what a weird word. its “off” and “ramp” we couldn’t come up with a better name? its kind of like when people called those old style refrigerators an “icebox”.
this photo was taken under the 190 north offramp to Seneca street.

Don’t look now, but I think we’re being watched…

29 02 2008

The Daily photo is back!!!!!!!

ok… i have some apologies to make. I’ve neglected my poor daily photoblog since Feb 15th, and I’m sorry.

Not much back story to tell, I had surgery Feb 14th, and unfortunately, i was pretty much out of commission for the past 2 weeks recovering from surgery. i didn’t leave the house, and i was pretty much inactive. But you’ll be happy to know I’m back in business, back on track and ready to go at it full force once again!

So enough of the formalities, lets get to the photos!

This photo is dedicated to ubiquitous surveillance. We live in the invisible panopticon.
